The Rohto Mentholatum Nexta Shield Serum UV Milk is a hybrid sunscreen with a light non-greasy texture that is quickly absorbed into the skin. The serum-like texture provides the skin with high and long-lasting protection and prevents dryness and hyperpigmentation. The sunscreen can be used as a make-up primer and has a lovely floral scent.
One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.

Ingredients we love
- Glycerin: Multi tasking ingredient for healthy, resilient skin. Optimizes skin hydration, protects cell membranes and lipids, and soothes irritated skin.
- Sodium Hyaluronate: An intensely moisturizing ingredient that visibly plumps the skin and makes wrinkles less visible.
- Ascorbyl Phosphate: A stabilized version of vitamin C with similar proven benefits for skin, and less risk of degrading when exposed to sunlight and air.
- Apply adequate amount at the last step of basic skin care
- Apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun.
- Reapply every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the outdoor activity.
