The Mary & May Vegan Peptide Bakuchiol Sun Stick contains Bakuchiol Extract to recover the skin, 25 types of Peptides to induce collagen synthesis, and Tocopherol to prevent wrinkles. The stick also has a porous powder that absorbs sebum and oil, keeping the skin smooth and dry even after frequent reapplication. With a silk-like texture, the sun stick adheres well to the skin for a transparent and fresh finish, making it a convenient, portable option for on-the-go reapplication.
One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.

Ingredients we love
- Bakuchiol: A plant based alternative to retinol. Clinically proven to reduce the look of wrinkles and hyperpigmentation. Since it doesn't belong to the vitamine A derivatives family, it is safe for daily use (also during the day) and can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Tocopherol: A crucial, oil soluble antioxidant in skin. Protects skin from free radical damage and makes skin more resilient against UV rays.
- Acetyl Hexapeptide-8: Synthetic peptide that attracts moisture, plumping and restoring skin and decreasing wrinkles.
- Apply liberally 30 minutes before going out in the sun as the last step in your skincare routine
- Reapply every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the day.
