The Nine Less Essentials UV Shield Soothing Sun Cream offers various skin-enhancing benefits in addition to broad-spectrum protection. The formula contains Triple Ceramide to prevent transepidermal water loss, Cica Extract to soothe and protect the skin, Hyaluronic Acid for hydration and Vitamin Tree Extract for vitality, elasticity and care.
One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.
UV Filters:
- Zinc Oxide(UVA1- en UVA2, UVB),Octinoxate(80-320 nm),Ensulizole(280-320nm).
Ingredients we love:
- Niacinamide:Stimulates natural ceramide-production and fades hyperpigmentation. Leads to firm, even-toned skin.
- Adenosine: An important bio-organic compound that strengthens the skin barrier. Adenosine has anti inflammatory and skin firming qualities.
- Pyrus Malus Fruit Extract: A powerful source of antioxidants that protect against free radical damage and protects skin from oxidative stress.
- Apply adequate amount at the last step of basic skin care
- Apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun.
- Reapply every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the outdoor activity.
